Correction of our release according to Article 26 Section 1 Sentence 2 of
the WpHG from 13 November 2008: Deutsche Bank AG fell below the 3%
threshold in own shares on 10 November and now holds 2.89% (this
corresponds to 16.507.093 shares). Of those shares 0.03% (this corresponds
to 155.628 shares) are held through a subsidiary.
