MAJOR SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Thrane & Thrane has been notified by PKA that the pension funds associated with
PKA A/S have reduced their ownership interest in Thrane & Thrane A/S following
a divestment of shares.
The pension funds associated with PKA A/S subsequent hold 225,750 shares,
equivalent to 4.03% of the share capital.
