Munich, 17 November 2008 - Management Board and the Supervisory Board of
TV-Loonland AG have deliberated on further developments of the company and
agreed on calling in a bondholders` meeting with regard to the outstanding
2007/2008 convertible bonds. During the meeting scheduled for 11 December
2008, a vote is to be held on extending the maturity by 12 months to end
2009.

The major bondholders have already confirmed their consent to this
extension. The funding and development of the company is to be secured
through this and other measures. The invitation to the bondholders` meeting
will be published in the Federal Gazette, both in the electronic and print
version.
