City Service AB Group, the largest facility management company group in the
Baltic States, announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements for the nine months of 2008, prepared according to International
Financial Reporting Standards.
The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the nine months of 2008
was LTL 174 million (EUR 50.5 million), an increase by 40 % over the total
revenue of LTL 125 million (EUR 36 million) for the nine months of 2007.
Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 7.5 million (EUR 2.2 million), an
increase by 7 % over LTL 7 million (EUR 2 million) a year ago.
Considering the results for the first nine months the company leaves financial
forecast for this year unchanged.
The leader of facility management market in the Baltic States City Service
Group now consists of 23 facilities management companies operating in
Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group manages 11.4 million square
meters of facilities.
