The first General Meeting of Nova Nutria® AG took place on November 8th,
2008, in Wiesloch (Germany). The president of the board of administration,
Mr Dragan Manzano Vela, could welcome the more than 100 shareholders and
guests at the Palatin Congress Hotel and provided information about the
financial year 2007 as well as about the current company’s performance. The
first General Meeting took place within the scope of the European
Convention and 6 years anniversary party which was held at the same venue
with more than 600 participants. Firstly the shareholders and guests were
informed about the company history, the product and service portfolio and
the market potential. In the following, Mr Manzano Vela presented the
business development from the financial perspective. There was no
commercial activity in the previous fiscal year 2007. Nova Nutria® AG has
been established within the third quarter of 2007 with the acquisition of
an existing shell company. All existing commercial trading activities of
the Nova Nutria® group of companies will be consolidated with the current
financial year into Nova Nutria® AG and the results will be published next
year. Notwithstanding, there was not a necessity for Nova Nutria® to hold a
General Meeting this year as the company was listed at the Frankfurt stock
exchange in February 2008. Due to the last developments at the financial
markets the board of administration was eager to give the shareholders the
opportunity to obtain information about the current company’s performance.
Within this scope the shareholders approved all proposals which were made
and presented by the board of administration.

The projections for the current fiscal year until end of 2008 permits an
expecting turnover increase of 158 % compared to the past financial year.
The expected EBIT margin based on the same continued performance is at 10,6
%. Within the first 9 months of the current financial year Nova Nutria® AG
was able to achieve an increase of revenues of 107 % in comparison to the
year 2007 on a consolidated operational basis including other operating
income. On a quarterly basis the comparisons between 2007 and 2008 results
in an average increase of 125 %. Whereas the third quarter 2008 has to be
pointed out with an increase of 264 % compared with the past year. The
president of the board of administration said: 'These results are even more
astonishing, as high financial investments have been made in the past and
in particular the current year into the future business activities of the
Nova Nutria® group of companies. It reflects the very positive performance
of the company and the continuous implementation of the corporate
strategy.' The investments have been covered by the company’s founder as
well as through the revenues of the listing at the stock exchange.

The investments made are related amongst others to the introduction of a
worldwide leading ERP system, the creation of a sales company in Macedonia,
the expansion within the area of sales and international marketing (new
managing director sales of Nova Nutria® International AG), the
implementation of a new corporate design/identity concept with support of a
professional advertising agency, the development and launch of new products
(particularly Slimologic® and ImunoLogic® as dietary food) as well as the
extension of the online services and improvement of the IT landscape and
infrastructure.

Finally a future outlook was given concerning the financial planning for
2009 as well as in regards to the strategic alignment. Based on the current
growth rate an increase of 116 % is expected compared to 2008 in terms of
revenues. According to the president of the board of administration a very
conservative planning has been put as base. If the company’s performance of
the past months is taken as basis the potential growth is even 240 %.
