Release of a Voting Rights announcement

ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., Warsaw/Poland, notified us of
the following on November 14, 2008:
'Correction of the Correction of the notifications dated 17th October 2008
concerning voting rights pursuant to par. 21 clause 1 of German Act on
Trading in Securities ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz')

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland, acting
on behalf of ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek,
registered in Warsaw/Poland, notifies that the voting-right proportion of
investment fund ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek
exceeded the threshold of 3% in BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN:
DE 0003304200) on April 19, 2007 and amounted to 3,25% (equal to 569.240
voting rights).

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland,
notifies that its voting-right proportion exceeded the threshold of 3% in
BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN: DE 0003304200) on April 19, 2007
and amounted to 3,25% (equal to 569.240 voting rights).
Of these voting rights all 3,25%, equal to 569.240 shares, belong to ING
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and are attributable
to ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. as the governing body of
both funds pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of German Act on Trading
in Securities.

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland,
notifies that its voting-right proportion exceeded the threshold of 3% in
BMP AG located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN: DE 0003304200) on June 6, 2007 and
amounted to 3,80 % (equal to 665.506 voting rights).
Of these voting rights 3,78%, equal to 661.948 shares, belong to ING
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and 0,02%, equal to
3.558 shares, belong to ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny
Otwarty and are each attributable to ING Towarzystwo Funduszy
Inwestycyjnych S.A. as the governing body of both funds pursuant sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of German Act on Trading in Securities.

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act in Trading Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland,
notifies that its voting-right proportion exceeded the threshold of 5% in
BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN: DE 0003304200) on June 18, 2007
and amounted to 5,17% (equal to 903.900 voting rights).
Of these voting rights 3,78%, equal to 661.948 shares, belong to ING
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and 1,38% equal to
241.952 shares, ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty
and are each attributable to ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
as the governing body of both funds pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
of German Act on Trading in Securities.

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland, acting
on behalf of ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty
registered in Warsaw/Poland, notifies that the voting-right proportion of
investment fund ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty
exceeded the threshold of 3% in BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN:
DE 0003304200) on July 4, 2007, and amounted to 3,03% (equal to 530.752
voting rights).

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland, acting
on behalf of ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty
notifies that the voting-right proportion of investment fund ING Parasol
Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty exceeded the threshold of 5%
in BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN: DE 0003304200) on August 9,
2007 and amounted to 5,32% (equal to 931.707 voting rights).

With regards to sec. 21 para. 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities, ING
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., located in Warsaw/Poland,
notifies that its voting-right proportion exceeded the threshold of 10 % in
BMP AG, located in Berlin/Germany, (ISIN: DE 0003304200) on August 10, 2007
and amounted to 10,05% (equal to 1.758.608 voting rights).
Of these voting rights 4,14%, equal to 724.501 shares, belong to ING
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and 5,91% equal to
1.034.107 shares, ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty
and are each attributable to ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
as the governing body of both funds pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
of German Act on Trading in Securities.'
