Eindhoven, November 18.11 2008 – Catalis SE, worldwide provider of
outsourcing services for the digital media industry announces that the
release of the 2007 annual report will see a further delay.

Catalis’ auditor, DRV Moore Stephens, informed the company that AFM, the
Dutch analogue to the German BaFin, requests a second opinion on all audits
in process performed by DRV. Besides a number of other companies audited by
DRV, Catalis SE was caught by this decision only a few days before the
finalization of its 2007 audit.

According to Dutch law, AFM continuously performs checks on audit firms in
the Netherlands. The results of these checks triggered AFM’s decision to
have DRV’s audits in process reviewed by other audit firms.

By no means, AFM’s request has a direct link to the Catalis audit or
accounting principles applied by the company.

Since this decision has been made between AFM and DRV, Catalis SE has only
limited influence on the process. However, the company will use its utmost
efforts to keep the review process on a short time line. Catalis SE will
inform its shareholders about the new release date as soon as possible.

As a result of these events and the information that DRV stopped its
application process for a grand license, Catalis SE is currently in the
process of identifying a new group auditor. The decision will be taken by
Catalis’ board and brought for final confirmation to the upcoming AGM.
