            Officer of DIFX will ring the NASDAQ opening bell
            remotely from the Dubai International Financial Centre
            (DIFC) on November 20th at 9:30 a.m. (EST).

            The NASDAQ Opening Bell ceremony will be broadcast on
            NASDAQ's seven-story Tower overlooking Times Square, where
            more than a million people pass by daily.  It will also be
            broadcast via NASDAQ's MarketSite studio which conducts
            daily broadcasts aired around the globe.

            The Opening Bell is a ceremonial event that represents The
            NASDAQ's virtual market model. As a result, NASDAQ can be
            opened from any location bringing together investors and
            market participants from around the world to mark the
            beginning of the trading day.

 Why:       To celebrate the renaming of DIFX to NASDAQ Dubai
            effective November 18.  The NASDAQ OMX Group will list its
            shares on NASDAQ Dubai effective November 20.

            In addition, NASDAQ OMX will host its First Middle East
            Investor Conference in Dubai on November 20 to provide its
            issuers with access to investors in the region. The
            conference will be held jointly with NASDAQ Dubai.
