On November 19, 2008 , The Ratio European Fund , George Town, Grand
Cayman/Cayman Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on FJA AG, München, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005130108, WKN: 513010, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on November 14, 2008  and now amount to 1.83% (this
corresponds to 389651  Voting Rights).
