The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ismaning (Germany), 19 November 2008 Integralis Middle East, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of Integralis AG, was commissioned by the State of Qatar Ministry of Interior, as part of the consortium headed by Itqan Holding, to design and implement their new border control system. The project comprises the introduction of an Intelligent Travel Management System (iTMS) to replace an existing system of this kind. The objective of introducing iTMS is to speed up cross-border controls and increase the level of security at the same time. State-of-the-art technologies such as travel documents scanners and automated systems for text recognition, image processing, and vehicle registration identification and forgery detection equipment are being deployed in the process. The total order volume of about 2.2 million is on a par with half of Integralis Middle East`s revenues generated last year composed mainly of design and implementation professional services. The implementation of the border control system as a whole is to be completed within 17 months. Apart from the financial implications, the size of the order is significant in strategic terms. In the process, Integralis Middle East will reinforce its market position in the Middle East as one of the key IT security enterprises in the segment of national security systems.
