Correction of our announcement from November 19, 2008 (4:27 p.m.) 

On November 19, 2008 , Ratio Asset Management LLP , London, Great Britain
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on FJA AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005130108, WKN: 513010, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on November 14, 2008 and now amount to 1.83% (this
corresponds to 389651 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.83% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 389651 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
