Tel Aviv/ Israel; November 20, 2008 – Metis Capital Ltd. (Prime Standard:
EIC; TASE: MTSC) announces, that the CEO of the Company, Itzik Cohen,
notified it of the termination of his term of office in his capacity of CEO
of the company, effective from December 1st, 2008, and this due to his
intention switch to private business activities and to embark upon on a new
career track.

It is the Company's intention to appoint Shimon (Moni) Harel, the Vice
Chairman of the Company's board of directors, who indirectly has shares in
the Company's controlling shareholder, namely the company Ofakim Capital
Ltd., to the post of CEO of the Company, effective from December 1st, 2008.
The terms of employment of Shimon (Moni) Harel as the CEO of the Company,
after those have been agreed with him, shall be submitted to the audit
committee, the board of directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders
of the Company for their approval.
