On amendments in documents of investment funds managed by IPAS “AB.LV Asset Management”

On amendments in prospectuses, short prospectuses and regulations of open-ended
investment funds “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund”, “AB.LV Global ETF Fund”
and “AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund” managed by IPAS “AB.LV Asset Management” 


Hereby we inform you that on 20 October 2008 the Financial and Capital Market
Commission registered amendments in prospectuses, short prospectuses and
regulations of open-ended investment funds “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund”,
“AB.LV Global ETF Fund” and “AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund” under the
management of IPAS „AB.LV Asset Management”. 

Amendments in the open-ended investment funds mostly are related to amendments
to the Law on Investment Management Companies that took effect on 19 July 2008. 

Regarding business, when carrying out transactions with derivatives, these
amendments to the funds' documents foresee a possibility to make investments in
a currency that differs from the base currency of Fund or the Subfund, in case
it is envisaged by regulated markets regulations where deals are concluded with
the mentioned financial instruments. 

Amendments in regulations of the funds “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund”
“AB.LV Global ETF Fund” and „AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund” took effect on 31
October 2008. 

Amendments in prospectuses and short prospectuses of the funds “AB.LV Emerging
Markets Bond Fund” “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” and „AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund”
will take effect on 21 November 2008.
