Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 20, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich , Schweiz has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000VTG9999, WKN:
VTG999, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on November 17,
2008  and now amount to 0.19% (this corresponds to 40000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 40000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
