Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 20, 2008 , Bestinver Gestion, S.A. SGIIC, Madrid, Spanien has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on schlott gruppe Aktiengesellschaft, Freudenstadt,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005046304, WKN: 504630, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and
10% limit of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2008 and now amount to
11.02% (this corresponds to 683959 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.98% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 122874 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
