Equities: Lundin Mining Corporation to the observation segment (264/08)

Friday, November 21st, 2008, Lundin Mining Corporation announced that HudBay Minerals Inc. and Lundin Mining Corporation have agreed to a business combination. The current rules of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a reverse take-over or otherwise plans to make or has been subject to an extensive change in its business or organization so that the company upon an overall assessment appears to be an entirely new company.
	
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Lundin Mining Corporation (ISIN code SE0001134529 and order book ID 27709) will be placed on the observation segment.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, November 25th 2008.
