informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
November 19, 2008  and now amount to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting
Rights).

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
November 19, 2008  and now amount to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting
Rights).
