International Equity Funds fund and Government Bond fund trading under surveillance

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its meeting of November 24, 2008,
applied surveillance status to International Equity Funds fund (BAMIAFFR)  and
Government Bond fund (BAMGOBFR). 

The RSE Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that RSE may assign Surveillance
status to an issuer on the occasions when it is planning, within the next 6
months, to carry out activities that may result in delisting. 

On November 21, 2008 IPAS “Invalda Asset Management Latvia” informed RSE on its
decision to start liquidation process of International Equity Funds fund and
Government Bond fund.
