Mr Niels Nüssler, responsible for sales, today terminated their cooperation
by mutual agreement. Mr Nüssler resigned from office with immediate effect.
For an interim period Mr Ulrich Schmidt (CEO) will take over all
responsibilities of Mr Nüssler.
