At the 24.11.2008 meeting, the supervisory council of AS Baltika appointed Andrew James David Paterson as a new member to the management board of AS Baltika. Andrew Paterson is the director of merchandising, souring and supply chain. During the last three years Andrew Paterson has provided consultancy services to mainly UK based enterprises in the field of merchandising, relationship management, restructuring, due diligence and strategy design. Mr. Paterson consulted Baltika on merchandise management in the period of 2003-2006 which included a turnaround of the company into a vertically integrated fashion retailer and joined Baltika again at the end of 2007. Andrew Paterson owns 11,000 shares of AS Baltika. The management board of AS Baltika comprises also Meelis Milder, Ülle Järv, Maire Milder and Boriss Loifenfeld.
