North American Energy Resources, Inc. Completes Second Well of Six Well Package


AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 26, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North American Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:NAEN), an early stage oil and gas exploration and production company, announced today that it has completed drilling the second well of its six well package in the Mississippi Chat formation at a total depth of 1,540 feet. The well will produce both oil and gas.

The Company has installed an oil separator and tank battery on the Washington County, OK property and will begin collecting oil from the well. The gas production will be connected to the Company's 75% owned Apwash pipeline. Logs indicate an additional oil show in the Wayside formation. The Company may complete this at a later date after additional wells on the lease have been completed in the Mulkey and Wayside zones.
