ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., Warsaw/Poland, notified us of
the following on November 26, 2008:

'Amendment to notification dated November 14, 2008

With regards to our notification dated November 14, 2008 we clarify that
the voting interest of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. in BMP
AG exceed only on April 19, 2007 the 3%-threshold and amounted to 3,25%
(569.240 voting rights) on that day and not also on June 6, 2007. However,
the voting interest of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
amounted to 3,80% (665.506 voting rights) on that day.'
