With this change an increasing interest in these technologies can be observed while investors are following this trend. A.i.s. AG has therefore subdivided its activities in 2 main divisions, waste management and energy supply systems. With the finalization of the last balances a financial base could be settled. Started sales activities have been supported by the publication of our activities within the internet. The management sees actually a main focus on hybrid power supplies for urban busses where a sustainable trend is actually in development. With regard to the capitalization process first investors could be identified. Further measures for the financing of project activities have been engaged on. Nevertheless the actual crisis is slowing down these processes. The management has therefore decided to capitalize the company by own opportunities to be settled in 2009, one of the issues of the next share holders assembly. a.i.s. AG sees itself actually well placed with its extension from waste management towards 'Dual Energy systems'. The development within the climate sector is supporting this development. The independent focus on 2 main activities can in future use synergies to improve our market position and sustainable business development in a later step.
