HiQ helps PTS establish a new IT strategy

The Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency (PTS) has commissioned HiQ to
establish a new IT strategy. PTS is facing increased requirements from various
stakeholders for IT-based services and business processes. The new strategy
shall result in an action plan with recommendations for how PTS will work on
these matters over the coming three to five years.

“We have been working with PTS for nearly a decade, providing technical and
market-oriented investigations and analyses. So we are particularly pleased that
we have now been entrusted with establishing an IT strategy,” says Bo Ringdahl,
Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm.

HiQ has worked with leading suppliers, operators and users in communications
right from the start. The company has many years' experience of helping
customers in various sectors with strategic matters within IT management. Going
forward HiQ will focus further on helping authorities to improve the link
between business and IT, something that is expected to become even more
important as the requirements of e-management increase.

“Thanks to our partnerships with PTS and others, we have been able to strengthen
our expertise and our offering to all our clients. We look forward to a
continued good business relationship with PTS,” continues Bo Ringdahl.
