Announcement according § 15 WpHG

In the period under review  01 April 2008 bis 30 September 2008 (half year
report 2008/2009) the rental income improved slightly to 29.0 million Euro
(prior year:  28.9 million Euro) and the result from operation to 16.4
million Euro (prior year: 15.0 mil-lion Euro). From the valuation of
investment property as of 30 September 2008 there were unrealized losses of
73.3 million Euro in total. The interest result of -14.6 million Euro lay
under the prior year result of – 13.8 million Euro.

The Group net loss for the first six months of the current financial year
was – 61.6 million Euro. For the prior year period there was a group net
income of 22.4 million Euro which was mainly driven by tax effects.

In the valuation we had to account an additional depreciation of 7.8
million for a small portfolio. This was necessary due to the business
failure of the subsidiary Valbonne Real Estate 7 B.V. which we have to
indicate to the court of Charlottenburg (Berlin) today. The insolvency
process has to start because the bank has refused the extension of
remaining of 1.6 million Euro. The fair value of this portfolio was 19.6
million Euro and due to the IFRS-regulations we have to valuate this
portfolio at a forced sale level.
