Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 26, 2008 , Ms Doris Apell Kölmel, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on IM Internationalmedia AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0STYJ1, WKN: A0STYJ, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on November 14, 2008  and now amount to 10.95% (this corresponds to 828841
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.95%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 828841 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Apell Kölmel  from MK Medien Beteiligungs GmbH, Feldafing,
Deutschland.
