Audley Capital Management Limited, St. Peter Port, Great Britain, announced
according to  Article 21, Section 1 WpHG (the German Securities Trading
Act) on November 28th, 2008, that its proportion of voting rights in Balda
AG,  Bergkirchener Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, fell below the 
threshold of 3 % on November 27, 2008 amounting to 2,21 % of all voting 
rights (1.198.218 voting rights).
