Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 28, 2008, Janus Capital Management LLC, Denver, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006205701, WKN: 620570, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 29, 2008 and now amount to 2.55% (this corresponds to
2,957,275 Voting Rights).

2.55% of the voting rights (2,957,275 voting rights) are attributable to
Janus Capital Management LLC, Denver, USA, in accordance with sec. 22 para.
(1) sent. (1) no. (6) of the WpHG.
