The circuit breaker thresholds for shares classified as penny shares and illiquid shares have been modified from 10% to 15%, as of December 2, 2008. Penny shares are defined as shares trading below 5 ISK/DKK per share on NASDAQ OMX Iceland and First North Iceland. No other thresholds have been modified. The Exchange reserves the right to modify all thresholds intraday and without notice, if the need to do so arises. See attachment for thresholds.
