Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 03, 2008 , Ms Regina  Immes, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on net AG infrastructure, software and solutions, Koblenz,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007867400, WKN: 786740, have exceeded the 15% limit
of the Voting Rights on December 02, 2008  and now amount to 15.22% (this
corresponds to 3349483 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.22%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3349483 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Immes  from Semi Verwaltung GmbH.
