informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on net AG infrastructure, software and solutions,
Koblenz, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007867400, WKN: 786740, have exceeded the
15% limit of the Voting Rights on December 02, 2008  and now amount to
