Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 2, 2008, Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim,
Germany, informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%
on November 28, 2008 and now amount to 5.43% (1,445,000 voting rights).

On December 2, 2008, Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany,
informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading
Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%
on November 28, 2008 and now amount to 5.43% (1,445,000 voting rights).
These voting rights are to be attributed to Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG
pursuant to § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting right attributed
to Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG are held through the following, controlled
company: Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.

On December 2, 2008, Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim,
Germany, informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% on November 28, 2008 and now amount to 5.43%
(1,445,000 voting rights). These voting rights are to be attributed to
Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH pursuant to § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
The voting right attributed to Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH are held through
the following, controlled companies: Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, which controls Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.

On December 2, 2008, Mr. Rudolf Grenzebach, Germany, informed us in
accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG')
that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140,
86165 Augsburg, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on November 28, 2008
and now amount to 5.43% (1,445,000 voting rights). These voting rights are
to be attributed to Mr. Grenzebach pursuant to § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No.
1 WpHG. The voting rights attributed to Mr. Grenzebach are held through the
following, controlled companies: Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, which controls Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, which controls Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.
