Tripep's rights offering


The Board of Directors of Tripep has on the 3 of November 2008, based on the
authorization by the AGM of 9 April 2008, resolved to carry out a rights issue
with a maximum of 9,786,224 shares. The rights issue has been fully subscribed
and consequently raised approx. 4.9 MSEK before transaction costs. 57  % has
been subscribed for using first rights. 43  % has been subscribed for without
rights.
