In connection with the distribution of all shares in Loomis AB to the Securitas share holders all warrants with Securitas AB ser. B as underlying will be recalculated. The recalculation will be effective as from Friday, 5th of December, 2008. Please see the attached sheets for information about the new terms and conditions for the warrants.
