Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 01, 2008 , Prolog Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006595101, WKN: 659510, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on November 24, 2008  and now amount to 5.30% (this
corresponds to 1670000 Voting Rights).

On December 02, 2008 , Prolog Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006595101, WKN: 659510, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting
Rights on November 27, 2008 and now amount to 11.02% (this corresponds to
3470000 Voting Rights).

On December 04, 2008 , Provinzial Rheinland Lebensversicherung AG,
Düsseldorf, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006595101, WKN: 659510, have exceeded the 25% limit
of the Voting Rights on November 27, 2008  and now amount to 27.14% (this
corresponds to 8549597 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 11.02% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 3470000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
through Prolog Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, Deutschland.
