Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 26, 2008 , Provinzial Rheinland Lebensversicherung AG,
Düsseldorf, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006595101, WKN: 659510, have exceeded the 20% limit
of the Voting Rights on November 24, 2008  and now amount to 21.43% (this
corresponds to 6749597 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.30% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 1670000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company through Prolog
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, Deutschland.
