FITCH Raitings retains constant the raiting of AS “Norvik Banka” and changes the outlook of the raiting

December 03 2008 - FITCH Raitings revised its outlooks on JSC “Norvik Banka”
raitings to negative from stable. At the same times, the long-term and
short-term credit ratings on the Bank were affirmed "B+" and "B" respectively.
