On 3 December 2008, joint-stock company Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai applied to
the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania requesting to take the waiver of
the complaint concerning legality and validity of refusal by public
administration institution to perform the actions within the remit of its
competence (respondent - the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy), to nonsuite and to revoke the remedy of security of the request,
applied according the decision issued on 29 September 2008 by the Vilnius
