informed us in compliance with section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that on December 5, 2008 the
percentage of voting rights held by Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA, Unter
Sachsenhausen 4, 50667 Cologne, Germany, in AMB Generali Holding AG,
Aachener und Münchener Allee 9, 52074 Aachen, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 5 percent and 3 percent and amounts to 0 percent (zero voting
rights) on that date.

Furthermore Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A., 4, rue Jean Monnet, L-2180
Luxembourg, informed us in compliance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on
December 5, 2008 the percentage of its voting rights held in AMB Generali
