Jörg Trouvain appointed new CEO of HolidayCheck AG

Munich (Germany) and Bottighofen (Switzerland), 5 December 2008
The Board of Directors of HolidayCheck AG, Bottighofen, Switzerland has
appointed Jörg Trouvain (43) as its new CEO and Chairman of the Executive
Board. He is to join the company by 1 May 2009 at the latest. HolidayCheck,
a TOMORROW FOCUS AG company, is the leading German-language holiday review
and rating platform.

Jörg Trouvain succeeds Hakan Öktem, who is to join the companys Board of
Directors in July 2009. Öktem will also be performing an advisory role for
other subsidiaries of TOMORROW FOCUS AG, including the planned new
financial portal currently being developed by Findocs GmbH in Cologne,
Germany.

Jörg Trouvain is currently Senior Vice President of European Publishing at
Activision Blizzard, the worlds largest video games manufacturer. His
previous positions include Managing Director of Electronic Arts Germany.

Board of Directors, commented on the appointment:
