The shares of Exista hf. remain on the Observations List with ref. to announcements from Exista published on 7 November 2008 and 8 December 2008 regarding the company's intended removal from trading and mandatory takeover bid for the shares of the company. The decision is based upon item iii and iv of Article 6 in the Listing Requirements of the Nordic Exchange. The fixed income instruments of Exista hf. have been moved from the Observation List with ref. to the decision of the Financial Supervisory Authority, to restore the trading of financial instruments issued by the company, which was published on December 8, 2008.
