Voting Proxies issued to the Board of Directors                                 

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. Sections
4, no. 8 and 5, subsection 3 of Executive Order No. 1225 of 22 October 2007,    
Curalogic A/S hereby announces that the Board of Directors has received proxies 
from a number of shareholders authorising the Board of Directors of Curalogic   
A/S to vote on their behalf at the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 11,
2008. On December 8, 2008 the Board of Directors of Curalogic A/S recieved      
voting proxies resulting in the Board of Directors being authorised to vote on  
shares corresponding to more than 5 per cent of Curalogic A/S' total aggregate  
voting rights. As of this date the Board of Directors thus controls voting      
rights which in aggregate amounts to 6.2 per cent of Curalogic A/S' share       
capital and voting rights.                                                      

On December 11, 2008 after the Extraordinary General Meeting, the authorisation 
of the Board of Directors to vote according to the voting proxies               
will terminate. Standard notification form according to Executive Order No. 1225
of 22 October 2007 is attached to this announcement.
