Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 08, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on VTG
Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000VTG9999, WKN: VTG999,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 03, 2008  and
now amount to 4.20% (this corresponds to 897760 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 40000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
