Islam FAQ Reveals Everything You Ever Wanted to Know and More -- New Book is an Amazing Resource That Provides Insights Into the Muslim Faith

NOWRA, New South Wales, Australia, Dec. 10, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Millions think (George Bush did) that Muslims and Christians worship the same God. Do they? What is a Muslim? How much do we really know about the Islam faith? Author Jim McCrudden reveals insights about Muslims and their faith through his fascinating book, Islam FAQ, using only Islamic sources.

There are so many things that we do not know about Islam faith. Is a fatwa a death penalty? Who are the Sunnis? The Kurds? What is jihad? Is jihad mandatory on all Muslims? Why is the hijab worn? Who are the Taliban? What exactly is the Kaaba? Can a Muslim change religion? Where does the Qur'an come from? Is stoning for adultery still practiced? Are child marriages allowed? Did Mohammad have a bride of nine years? Is caring for the poor obligatory on Muslims? Is instrumental music lawful in Islam? To these Frequently Asked Questions, and questions you never knew to ask, Islam FAQ reveals everything you ever wanted to know and more.

Have you ever wondered how Muslim women regard the laws that apply to them? If you judge the number of websites run by women -- they are sickened and angry. But, on the contrary, many Muslim women accept the rules that reflect inferiority and consider that there are benefits in a trade-off. It's a matter of perspective. People who are not of the Islam faith may have difficulty understanding some aspects of this religion. But Islam FAQ will explain, mostly in Muslims' own words, aspects that will allow you to understand Muslim culture and religion better.
