DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 10 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes held by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
(commercial register number 0107638-1), Helsinki, Finland, has risen above one
twentieth (5 %) as a result of share transaction carried out on December 11th,
2008. The proportion of Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes controlled by
Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company is 3,737,725 shares and  6.52 %
respectively. 

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626 divided into
57,345,341 shares with a counter-book value of EUR 1.69.
