with registered seat London, United Kingdom and in the name of Ameriprise
Financial Inc., Minneapolis, USA.
Ameriprise Financial Inc. is the parent company of Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited, which is the parent company of Threadneedle
Asset Management Limited and Threadneedle Investment Services Limited.
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited delegates asset management to
Threadneedle Asset Management Limited. Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited is the investment manager of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
Please be advised that on 08 December 2008 the share of voting stocks of
the above mentioned companies in GRENKELEASING AG, Neuer Markt 2, D-76532
Baden-Baden went above the threshold of 3% of the total voting stocks of
the company.
The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC in
