TECNOMEN DEMONSTRATES VISUAL VOICEMAIL AT GSM 3G MIDDLE EAST
For GSM 3G Middle East 2008, Tecnomen showcases Visual Voicemail, the latest
addition to the Tecnomen Messaging portfolio. This new service concept is
leveraging the potential in voicemail and bringing the voicemail user experience
to a whole new level, thus helping operators to ensure maximum revenue
potential.
Visual Voicemail Gateway, a modular extension to the Tecnomen Next Generation
Messaging platform, provides end-users with visual interactivity for voice mail
messages. In contrast to the traditional voicemail message retrieval method of
calling in to a voicemail service number, visual voicemail users receive
messages as they are automatically downloaded to their handsets. In addition,
intuitive user interfaces and high functionality give end-users the ability to
easily change settings as well as personalise their voicemail accounts and
greetings.
At GSM 3G Middle East 2008, Tecnomen also presents:
Convergent Charging - A feature-rich real-time charging solution
supporting prepaid and post-paid subscribers utilising voice and data
services, in fixed, mobile and IP networks. Convergent Charging offers a price
competitive, open and scalable unified service solution supporting all
subscribers on all networks, as well as adding significant value to an operators
ability to increase their subscriber base, market share and ARPU.
IVR Application Server - A standards-based Next Generation Interactive Voice and
Video Response Application Server providing means for creating new voice user
interfaces for various self-administration purposes.
Media Server - A multipurpose convergent media server platform that consolidates
several different media systems into one. Audio, video, fax or in fact any media
services are delivered to subscribers on any network from a single front-end
platform.
