In December 2008 Nykredit Realkredit A/S contributed further share capital to
Nykredit Bank A/S of a nominal amount of DKK 625m at a price of 200 and
subordinate loan capital of DKK 500m in connection with the repayment of a
corresponding loan.
The capital increase was motivated by growth in Nykredit Bank's business
activities and consequent higher capital requirements.
