Subscription dates under option rights 2003 A, 2003 B, 2003 C and 2006 A in 2009

The subscription dates for shares under the option rights 2003 A,
2003 B and 2003 C in 2009 will be the following:

- Wednesday May 27, 2009
- Wednesday June 24, 2009
- Wednesday July 29, 2009
- Wednesday August 26, 2009
- Wednesday September 30, 2009
- Wednesday October 21, 2009.

The period of subscription for shares will cease for all option
rights under the 2003 option rights plan on October 31, 2009.

The subscription dates for shares under the option rights 2006 A in
2009 will be the following:

- Wednesday January 28, 2009
- Wednesday February 25, 2009
- Wednesday March 25, 2009
- Wednesday April 29, 2009
- Wednesday May 27, 2009
- Wednesday June 24, 2009
- Wednesday July 29, 2009
- Wednesday August 26, 2009
- Wednesday September 30, 2009
- Wednesday October 21, 2009
- Wednesday November 11, 2009.

Huhtamäki Oyj will apply for listing of the option rights 2006 B
under the 2006 option rights plan, adopted by the General Meeting of
Shareholders held on March 27, 2006 on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd so
that the listing will commence on October 1, 2009.
