On December 15, 2008 , Generali Investments France, Paris, Frankreich has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on December 04, 2008  and now amount to 3.16% (this corresponds to 721500
Voting Rights).
